The space
Attached to the front of our house, we have converted our former garage into a cosy and comfortable space for two. The room can either be set up as a Kingsize or two singles depending on what you'd prefer. We are situated in a quiet residential street but just a stroll down the hill and you're in the heart of the city.

Before entering the bedroom you have your own tea/coffee making area with a microwave and fully stocked minibar. You can also make use of the fridge for your own items.
We provide cutlery, crockery and other essentials.
Please note that this is not a full kitchen.
Although we don't provide the facilities for a cooked breakfast, there are cereals, yoghurts and fruit juice which are all complimentary.

Opposite the tea/coffee area is a private WC and separate shower cubicle with electric power shower. Towels are provided, as is a hairdryer.

It is entirely your own space. You have your own entrance to the annexe so can come and go as you please. The only common area is the porch which the host uses to enter his house through another door.
Please note there are no cooking facilities in the annex but we do provide those basic breakfast items to keep you going! For a real hearty meal there are plenty of great places to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner just down the hill in Widcombe or the City Centre.

Guest access
You will have your own set of keys to access the annexe as it a completely private space. These will be left in a safe place and the code sent to you prior to arrival. Guests are also welcome to use the table and chairs on the patio which is right outside the front door.

Other things to note
Check in after 2pm
Check out by 11am

**Please also note that we are up a relatively steep hill. Bath in general is rather hilly as it is built on an ancient volcanic crater!**
