Firepit: we provide a firepit for your use. For safety reasons, guests are required to bring their own firewood.
House Rules:
-No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property- including the 3-season room. Guests may use designated smoking areas outside, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts. If there is any evidence of tobacco, marijuana, or vaping scents in the house you will be charged $500.
-No Parties or Events: Our property is meant for quiet enjoyment. Parties, gatherings, and events require prior approval from the host. In accordance with the Airbnb Community Disturbance Policy, any guests suspected of using our property for an event or party will be evicted from the property with no refund.
-Trash/Recycling: Please help us keep our space clean and tidy by placing trash and recycling bins out by the curb on Thursday evening for Friday morning collection. Once emptied, kindly bring the bins back to their designated spot. Your cooperation in maintaining our environment-friendly practices is greatly appreciated!
--Dogs are allowed, but must be approved by host prior to arrival. There is a $100 fee for additional cleaning required and additional rules that must be agreed upon.
-Respect for Neighbors: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
-Hot Tub: Prior to use, guests must sign a waiver. Unauthorized use will incur a $250 fee.
-Maximum Occupancy: Overnight guests are limited to seven. Additional daytime visitors must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.
-No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund.
-Care of Property: Guests are responsible for treating the property and its amenities with care. Damages or excessive mess will be the responsibility of the booking party.
-Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked securely when leaving the property. Guests are responsible for their belongings; the host is not liable for lost or stolen items.
-Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.
-Communication: Promptly communicate any issues or concerns with the host during your stay for a comfortable experience.
-Parking: Guests may park on the right side of the driveway (2 spots). Overnight street parking and parking on grass are prohibited.
