Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.

The space
The apartments is quiet and spacious. The bedroom and living room windows overlook the garden and countryside.
There are stairs up to the apartment from a small courtyard.
There is an outdoor space in our large garden overlooking the vegetable plot, with BBQ, table and chairs for you to use.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the garden and there is ample parking. There is a grass tennis court you are welcome to use (when playable), but not after rain when the surface is soft.

There are beautiful Creekside walks nearby and Mylor Harbour is 10 mins away. The apartment is in a perfect location for day trips to either the Eden Project (50 mins) or St Michael's Mount & Penzance (50 mins) and north coast beaches are only 25 mins away. South coast Falmouth beaches are 10 mins away.

We have lived in Cornwall with our 4 children since returning from Pen's home in Australia 25 years ago. We all love spending time at the beach (especially in the surf), or sailing as well as country walks and runs with our dogs. There are so many wonderful things to do locally- a trip over the King Harry Ferry to the beautiful Roseland Peninsula and to the Hidden Hut for a picnic, art galleries to visit, the Minack theatre and lovely beaches.
