Here you live 400 meters from one of Sweden's finest beaches and about 2 km from two really nice golf courses ⛳️

With open spaces, this house is perfect for spending days with family and friends. Fenced garden so children can play freely and toys under the stairs.

The space
The villa is 235 sqm and has two floors.

On the first floor you will find a modern kitchen that blends together with the dining area and living room in an open plan. All of this is, of course, surrounded by large windows that let in lots of natural light.
If you continue in the villa, we will find two airy bedrooms with continental beds, two toilets with shower and to complete this floor there is a lovely orangerie, a perfect place to enjoy the morning coffee or read a book with a lush surroundings.

The second floor offers a large airy tv room with plenty of space to gather and enjoy movies or game nights with friends and family.
The upper floor has two bedrooms and a single bed in the TV room and a bathroom with shower.
