Very quaint little Parisian apartment tastefully decorated. Amazing location so close to the eifel tower. Metro is about a 5 to 10min walk away and can easily get around Paris. There were 3 of us and the apartment was a touch small, but otherwise all the comforts of home were there including kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Would stay here again.

A cozy apartment that offered modern conveniences and a location that can't be beat. Teresa provided a good overview of the apartment and neighborhood. We appreciated her timely response to questions. There are some very helpful guidebooks for Paris available in the apartment as well. Had the best breakfast at nearby Cafe Constant at 139 Rue Saint-Dominique.

The apartment is well located. It has all that is written in the description. The host is responsive in communication. Perfect for a holiday with a decent budget.

Teresa's home was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The location was on a quiet, gated street, but a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro is right up the street, and a direct line to the Palace of Versailles which was fantastic! We took quick cab rides to all the main attractions, and walked to everywhere else. We started our mornings at Rue Cler, quaint little street around the corner full of cafes and markets. The place itself looks identical to the pictures. There isn't air conditioning which did get a little hot some nights. Definitely great for two people with luggage, but anymore and the space would be very tight. We (me and my sister) had extra luggage with us from a business trip so that made it a little cramped. Overall very charming, excellent location, great host!

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was a delightful one. Teresa was a wonderful host - friendly, well-prepared for us and very helpful in giving us directions to places to eat and ways to get around. Both the Metro and the Rail system were a couple blocks away, the Eiffel Tower about 3 minutes and good places to eat all around. Because the apartment is within a gated pedestrian street we felt totally safe and it was very quiet even with the windows open at night. The apartment was clean and neat when we arrived. We had a little trouble with a drain and Teresa came by and quickly got it fixed. The king size bed was very comfortable. My wife and I both think it was a far better value than staying at a hotel and would want to stay here again if we came back to Paris.

Teresa's apartment is within viewing distance of the Eiffel tower, amazing view! Very central to lots of restaurants, markets. Walking distance to the RER and bus's. Lots of restaurants in walking distance too; but beware late lunches ... most places close at about 2p-3p and reopen after 6pm. There is a bike rental kiosk just on the next block that you can use to bike the canal down to the Louvre and beyond. BEWARE though -Veilib is the bike rental co - download their app and go online to set up an account. Otherwise, if you do it at the kiosk; they charge your account $150/bike until they confirm it is returned, and THEN credit your account 5-10 days later. But great way to see the city. Some bike lanes; but sometimes just go with traffic. EVERYone has to practice defensive driving/biking/walking. Teresa has a hot water pot or coffee by the cup maker; so just what you need to start the day. Bakery on the block with quiche, croissants, coffee.
