The space
Our Bohemian decor inspired home is Newly furnished with:
• 2 Queen size beds + 1 Double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed.
• 2 newly renovated bathrooms.
• 2 Smart TV's with Netflix & Cable.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen.
• Dining/Breakfast Table.
• Large deck with Patio furniture (Spring & Summer months only)
• Washer and Dryer.

LAYOUT:
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the main floor. Bedroom # 3 with an en-suite bathroom is located in the ultra bright and spacious basement. There is also a sofa bed in the basement living room where we have a designated office desk and a second 55 inch smart tv.

There is direct access to the newly constructed deck overlooking the exceptionally large backyard. We have patio furniture and a BBQ.

Sheppard West Subway Station - (10 minute walk)
Downsview Park & Scotia Bank Pond - 5 minutes drive
Rogers Stadium - 5 minutes drive
Yorkdale Mall - 5 minutes drive
York university- 10 minutes drive
Pearson airport - 15 minutes drive
Downtown - 30 minutes by car or Subway
Canada’s wonderland - 20 minutes drive

We are located on a 2 lane main road however this provides for much quicker and more convenient access to the bus, subway station and restaurants/coffee shops

**Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule**
