This residence has a 30 night minimum stay.

Guests will need to sign a supplemental Rental Agreement.

Guests must be 25 years old to rent. Guests must be present at check-in with valid ID. No refunds will be given if the guest doesn`t arrive with their other members of their group.

Our maximum capacity is 6 persons. Please do not exceed the stated capacity or you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. No exceptions will be made to his house rule.

Pool heat is available for $60 per day. Please advise us if you wish to have the pool heated and we will arrange for your payment.

City required room tax is included in the nightly rate.

Amplified music is not permitted at any rental in Palm Springs. Please remember your earphones. Violations of the City Noise Ordinance may result in fines, tickets from the police, and potentially eviction. Guests will be charged for any fines. Guest who are evicted will not receive a refund and will forfeit the security deposit as well. Please have fun but be a good neighbor.

This is a non-smoking property (including hookahs) so please take it out to the street if you must smoke. If you smoke in the house, we will charge you for the smoke remediation.

Sorry but pets are not welcome at this residence. We love them all but please leave them at home.
