Welcome to Villa Kaunela - "modern amenities with old times rural charm and calm". A spacious old log house with 1950's decor and cosy interior. Situated on a hill overlooking vast fields.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining veranda, six bedrooms, sauna and jacuzzi "palju".
Fiber optics internet and TV.
A half-a-hectare lot offering space for play: pingpong, badminton, petanque, darts - and small scale football!

Tervetuloa asumaan ja viihtymään 1950-luvun maalaistyyliin mutta nykyajan mukavuuksin Villa Kaunelaan! Hirsirakenteisessa maalaistalossa on iso tupakeittiö ja ruokailuveranta valoisalla etelänpuolella. Tila sijaitsee nummen eli pienen soraharjun päällä kylän korkeimmalla kohdalla rauhaisalla tontilla, josta avautuvat näkymät peltoaukeille molemmin puolin.
Yöpyjille on makuutilat 15 hengelle 6 eri huoneessa.
Puulämmitteisessä saunassa ja paljussa voit rentoutua pitkän päivän iltana. Ja kun nälkä yllättää saunoessa, ei muuta kuin grillaamaan kaasulla tai hiilellä oman maun mukaan. Ruokailu onnistuu silloin saunamökin terassilla ilta-auringossa tai markiisien alla pienellä sateellakin. Pyykinpesukone löytyy myös saunamökiltä.
Isolla pihalla on tilaa peleihin: pingis, sulkapallo, petankki, tikanheitto ja puolen hehtaarin tontilla mahtuu pientä futistakin pelaamaan – siihen löytyy myös palauttava maaliverkko. Pysäköintitilaa löytyy esim. matkailuvaunulle tai hevostrailerille.
Erikseen voit varata isoa, yli 100-vuotiasta savusaunaa ja sen terassia sekä traktorimönkijöitä, jos kaasujalkaa kutittaa.
Talossa on valokuituyhteys eikä pelatessakaan verkko pätki – eikä TV. Varattavissa touko-syyskuu aikana.

Hei, olen kotoisin Villa Kaunelan naapurista ja käynyt talossa kyläilemässä pikkupoikana. Siellä asuivat silloin rouva Hilkka ja vanha isänsä Niilo. Ostin tilan mukaan lukien talon v. 1999. Taloa on restauroitu pieteetillä sen jälkeen ja se on palvellut kesähuvilana perheellämme parisenkymmentä vuotta. Uskomme, että vieraamme viihtyvät Villa Kaunelan maalaismiljöössä ja vastaamme mielellämme kaikkiin toiveisiin ja pyyntöihin.
