Little Creek Crossing is a 2700 square foot custom cedar home with BIG windows to take in the BIG views! The home comfortably sleeps ten (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twin bunk beds, and a Queen sofa sleeper) and is the perfect place to meet and reconnect with family and friends. Whether you’re entertaining guests on the stone patio, relaxing with a book or movie in the media room, or sipping a glass of wine in front of the Great Room gas fireplace, you’ll enjoy all the comforts and extra amenities the home provides.

Interaction with guests
My husband and I are Elko County natives. We love the area and are always happy to recommend things to do, places to eat. We'll be available before, during, and after your stay to help you make the most of your visit.
Other things to note
3-Night Minimum Stay. Maximum overnight guests: 10. We do not allow events of any kind and regretfully are unable to accommodate pets.
**Please read our house rules carefully. Little Creek Crossing is our beloved family retreat and, as such, we welcome all guests who will treat our cabin with respect and care. A decision to book is a decision to enter into a contract, and should be made only after reading and agreeing with our house rules. Once a booking is accepted, it will be confirmed only after I've received acknowledgement and agreement to house rules by the guest.
*I agree to have no more than 15 total people in the home or on the grounds at any time. All guests, whether staying in the home or not, shall be registered.
*As the Primary Tenant, I attest that I am 23 years of age or older. I agree to be fully responsible for ensuring compliance with the Rental Agreement terms by all family members and guests. I agree to maintain this property in as good of condition as I find it and agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage, or damage to the satisfaction of the Owner. This includes paying in full for any damage or loss that may exceed the Damage/Security Deposit amount.
*This agreement shall not be assigned, nor the premises sublet without the written consent of the owner or his agents.
*I agree that there will be no smoking within or near the home.
*I agree that there will be no pets on the premises.
*I understand that Little Creek, LLC, will furnish all linens & towels, and that a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper will be provided.
*I agree that the garage is not considered part of the rental, and that the driveway will hold up to 4 cars (and no RV's). I understand that there is no parking allowed on the streets of Lamoille and will contact the owner for parking instructions, should more parking be needed.
*I understand that the telephone works for for local and calling card calls only.
*I understand that the property is not baby or child-proofed in any way. A "little creek" does flow through the property at certain times of the year, and the home contains, stairs, blinds, and an open, 2-story loft, all things which can be hazards to young children. I agree to take full responsibility for supervision of all minors, and agree to hold the Owner harmless for any accidents or injuries incurred on the property. I will not leave minor children unattended or unsupervised on the property at any time.
*It is expressly understood and agreed that owner of said premises will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises.
*I agree to observe the neighborhood quiet time of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
*I agree to report any damages or housekeeping issues immediately upon arrival or when they should occur.
*I agree to vacate said premises upon the termination of this agreement at the hour and date shown above. Failure to vacate by check-out time may result in an additional charge of $50.00 per hour, rounded up to the next hour.
Before vacating, I will:
*Ensure the house and grounds are left in similar condition to which they were found upon arrival.
*Collect all garbage and place in outside covered trash can.
*Wipe down appliances, counters, stove, and refrigerator in the kitchen.
*Place the last load of used dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle.
*Remove all perishables and food items from the refrigerator.
*Turn the thermostat off in the summer months (May through September) and set the heat to 65 degrees in the winter months (October through April).
*Turn off all lights and appliances.
*Close all windows and lock the premises.
I understand that, if the checkout instructions aren't followed, an additional housekeeping fee may be deducted from my security deposit.
*I agree that upon advance notice, owner shall have the right to enter into the home during the rental period for the purpose of inspection, or for the purpose of making repairs, except in emergencies, in which event the owner may enter without advance notice.
*I agree that this Agreement and the provisions hereof shall be construed, given effect, and governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and in the event of a breach of this Agreement by any of the parties, in addition to other specific remedies herein, the other party shall have all remedies at law or equity provided by the laws of the state of Nevada. Venue for any such action shall be in the County of Elko, Nevada. Should either party be required to seek legal action to enforce or interpret the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
*I understand that the Owner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Guest's tenancy if any of the Rental Agreement policies are violated, if the property is being mistreated, or if any information on the Rental Agreement is found to have been falsified, including the names and number of Guests staying in the home. In the event the rental is terminated, I agree to voluntarily remove myself and all guests from the home. In the event of such termination, all rental fees and deposits will be forfeited.
*I agree that if any of the terms of this rental agreement are not abided by, the owner may retain the necessary costs from the security deposit.
* I agree to abide by the policies stated in this agreement and am responsible for ensuring that all other guests during the above rental period do the same. I further agree to pay for any damages or additional cleaning charges that result from the stay, and agree to immediately and willingly terminate the agreement and vacate the property if I or any other guest violates any of the agreed upon policies. When signed by the Guest and accepted by owner, this shall constitute a rental agreement.
