About this listing
This cozy home is perfect for the under 40 crowd. It's all about the location - close to everything and stocked with all you need. Comfy bed, screened in porch, compact kitchen,& a flat screen with wifi, WD, Apple TV (Netflix, youtube, PBS, HBO Go) and free bottled water/snacks! Beltline is just a couple of blocks away with available bike rentals. Krog Street Market, Ladybird, Rathbuns, Ponce City Market are amazing spots for foodies and shoppers.
Located one block from Atlanta's Beltline, this 1 bedroom charmer sleeps 2-3 comfortably (queen bed and couch) and has a screened in porch. It is located on a quiet, safe street surrounded by newly built high end homes on both sides. The cozy IKEA kitchen has butcher block counters, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a gas stove. Cups, plates, silverware, sheets, and towels are all in place to make your stay nice and homey. The mattress is super comfy as it is fairly new. This home doubles as my office M-F but I'm usually out in the field although will occasionally pop in (to the other office/bedroom via separate entrance) to knock out a bid or write a check between the hours of 9-6. On weekends I'm not there so you get the whole house to yourself!
Located in Reynoldstown, its super close to great shopping/bars/restaurants in Little 5 Points, East Atlanta, Cabbagetown, and 1-20 gets you downtown in 3 min!
There's a great coffee/beer bar 2 blocks away serving up great fare and they even cater to vegetarians. Kroger grocery is 4 blocks away next to Target and there are many great restaurants you can walk to.
I'm a house fiipper so this house doubles as my office/construction storage (shed out back) and the furnishings are what I use for staging. There's a new flatscreen TV and Apple TV with Netflix, HBO Go, for movies/tv/documentaries. If this ad comes up on airbnb that means I'm in between flips and all furnishings are in place.
Marta is close by (7 min walk), the bus line is on the corner, and I20 is a major highway 5 blocks away so you can get anywhere quickly.
Off street parking, full kitchen, living room, dinette, microwave, washer/dryer, dinnerware, sheets/towels, comfy bed, wifi, apple TV with Netflix, bottled water, snacks, soap, shampoo, iron, bedside speaker for iPhone, Bluetooth sound bar, screened in porch.
Interaction with guests
I'm not there much during the day (second bedroom is my office but I enter and exit through a separate entrance) and not at all after 6pm to 10am and never on weekends. Always available by text or phone.
Other things to note

I'm from Atlanta and love to travel for music gigs. I try to get out west at least once a year. I love pets, good food, great music, and motorcycles. I run a smallish design/build company and rent the spare bedroom in my office/house through Airbnb. I've met some great guests and love it!
