All re-done private apartment in the heart of West Hollywood. The building is centrally located and is within walking distance of everything. Santa Monica Blvd is one block to the north and Melrose is three block to the south. Off street parking included.
Located in the trendy Melrose - Fairfax district of West Hollywood. Close to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, Miracle Mile and the beach city of Santa Monica is one bus ride away.
PARKING: One off street parking space is included with this apartment. You will have an assigned parking spot. Parking in the area for guests is also easy and not restricted.
Self check in and out. Totally hassle free to help get you going and on your way. Quiet building. This unit is professionally cleaned before and after each guest.

Locals in the area hang out on Santa Monica Blvd, Melrose, La Brea, 3rd Street and Beverly and Larchmont Blvd.

• Please only book my place if you can check out by 11am the day of your departure. I keep a pretty busy schedule and usually have someone checking in the same day. Housekeeping will be arriving at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest.

• I try and keep my prices lower then others offering the same kind of apartment. My calendar is always full therefore I do not negotiate my prices.

This is the 3rd different apartment of Keller's that I've stayed at and it's my favourite! The apartment was very clean, comfy bed and a great kitchen. It was walking distance to some of my favourite restaurants & shops....Keller is always easy to communicate with & I highly recommend staying at one of his properties.

Kellers place is well located, and perfect for a short trip to LA. It's very clean and extremely well managed, so very functional like a hotel room. It is on first floor, so no view of anything. But solid, I would stay there again.

I loved staying here! I stayed here for six weeks and didn't want to leave! This apartment is so central to everything you need, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. The street is very cute and residential. The apartment is clean and Keller was so great at communicating information to me about the apartment. Thanks again Keller!

Excellent location, well-appointed and clean apartment. Was the perfect place for my son to stay for a 3month summer internship in an unfamiliar city. Keller responded to every email promptly and was very helpful. He would stay here again next summer!

The apartment was pretty much as expected and works well for one person (although it starts to feel cramped for two people after more than a few days). The building is, for the most part, quiet and was conveniently located for us. Parking in the lot is very tight, but that is not unusual for many LA apartments. Keller was quick to answer any questions. Positive experience overall.
