Cute and quaint studio situated in the historic neighborhoods of West Palm Beach. It is attached to the main house building, but has separate entry. Walking distance to downtown, convention center, restaurants, shops and more. Enjoy wifi, cable tv, and complimentary refreshments and snacks.
This is a small, cute, and attached studio to the main house with separate entry. It contains a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. There is no stove, but we have a grill outside that guests are welcome to use (please let us know ahead of time if you plan to use it so we can have it ready for you). There is a 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower stall and a queen size bed for two. The property is situated in a quiet historic neighborhood with luscious tropical trees, flowers, and shrubbery.
Also, we are pet friendly! However, the space is small, so we prefer smaller furry friends! Additional cleaning fee for pets apply ($20/per stay).
Street parking (please park directly in front of the main house or at one of the many spaces next to the park)
Access to the studio is through the back of the main house.
Interaction with guests
We live in the main house so feel free to contact us at any time with questions before or during your stay. Guests are able to check-in on their own through a keyless entry system, and we make it a priority to stop by and introduce ourselves during your stay.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: We have a 2 year old toddler and two dogs. Given that this studio is attached, you may experience some daily-living sounds like the occasional dog barking and tantrum. We do our best to minimize loud noises especially approaching evening hours, but sometimes life happens. We would love to host you, but if you are very sensitive to noise, you may want to consider an alternative option.
Please treat our adorable bungalow with respect and how you would like guests to treat your own home. This is a non-smoking property. No unannounced guests, parties, or loud noises. Please respect our quiet neighborhood and sweet, close knit neighbors.
My husband, Alex, and I recently moved to West Palm Beach from the West Coast with our daughter. Alex is a faculty member at Florida Atlantic University. I am a middle school science teacher specializing in underprivileged schools. We love to travel and always seek comfort and home-iness wherever we stay. This is what we hope to offer our guests. A clean, comfortable space in a tropical sanctuary.
