If you stay past 10 AM, our cleaning staff will arrive. If you do not vacate by 10 AM, a penalty charge of 4,000 yen for every additional 30 minutes will be applied.
【Luggage Storage】
Before Check-in: Luggage storage may be available after 11 AM, so please feel free to inquire.
After Check-out: We cannot store luggage after check-out as we need to prepare for the next guest.
【Housekeeping】

Face and bath towels are provided for the number of guests.

【Pickup Service from the Airport】
We can arrange an airport pickup service by a professional company (hire car). This alleviates the need to navigate complicated train transfers.
The service can be used for both picking you up from the airport and taking you to the airport.
- The transfer from Narita Airport is 33,000 yen one way. Maximum 9 people and 20 suitcases (depending on size).
- The transfer from Haneda Airport is 22,000 yen one way. Maximum 9 people and 20 suitcases (depending on size).
The vehicle is a Hiace, so it can handle a large amount of luggage. Additionally, a child seat can be prepared if needed.
Guest access
This facility is reserved for private use, so please feel free to use all rooms and equipment.
Other things to note
About Garbage:
Please do not dispose of garbage in the vicinity during your stay. If garbage accumulates due to a long stay, please contact us.
Other Important Notes:
The surrounding houses are general residences. Please pay special attention to the following:
- Parties and loud activities in the room are strictly prohibited.
- Please remove your shoes when entering the room.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- We cannot dispose of suitcases. If you leave them behind, a disposal fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
- If the number of occupants exceeds the booked number or false information is given, a penalty of 5,000 yen per person over the limit or per falsely reported person will be charged.
Additionally, loss of the Wi-Fi device or keys will result in a 50,000 yen charge, and damage to room furnishings will require compensation equivalent to the cost of new replacements.
We do not provide refunds based on subjective reasons (e.g., odors, cleanliness, etc.).
