We're available prior to guests visits if they should need anything or have special requests. We're always happy to help with special arrangements etc.. We have a 24 hour property manager, that assist with any of your needs. We can also hire chefs, extra housekeeping, reservations etc..

MOVIE COLONY PRIVATE RETREAT (Premises) TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Extra Cleaning - Normal cleaning charges are charged for departure cleaning at the end of the Rental Term. If the condition of the Premises requires extra cleaning or Guest requests extra cleaning services, Guest shall be responsible for the cost of such cleaning. 2. Reasonable Use - Guest agrees to use the Premises only as a private vacation residence for himself and the other individuals listed on the preceding pages. Guest agrees that he and the members of his party shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the neighbors` peaceful enjoyment of their properties, and that any consequences of their inability to do so shall be Guest's sole responsibility. Accordingly, Guest further agrees to uphold the noise restriction ordinances enforced by the City of Palm Springs - Guest shall not use any radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, loudspeaker, sound amplifier, or any machine or device for the producing or reproducing of any sound conducted within an enclosed premises or audible to the neighbors. Furthermore, Guest agrees that any unreasonable noise disturbances resulting in a call to Property manager or owner from a neighbor, a visit by law enforcement or Property manager or owner will result in a minimum $100.00 charge to the credit card stated above. Over- occupancy is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of the premises. Guest shall not make any alteration to the Premises. Guest further agrees that he will not allow the Premises to be used for any improper or illegal purposes. 3. Pets Guest agrees to inform Property manager or owner prior to arrival, if bringing pet/pets. **Pet fees will be added at $ 50/pet. Please note your reservation at the time of booking. 4. Smoking Guest agrees that he shall neither smoke nor allow smoking inside the residence during the Rental Term. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. 5. Other Regulations Guest agrees to conform to any rules or regulations which are reasonably related to the purpose and provisions of this Rental Agreement, as shall from time to time be established by the owner or Property manager or owner for the safety, care, cleanliness, or orderly conduct of the Premises. Guest understands that the Premises may contain inherently dangerous recreational components (such as a swimming pool, spa, bicycles etc). Guest will not and will not permit Guest's family members and Guests to use such amenities unless such person is capable. 6. Request to Vacate
Guest will be required to vacate the Premises immediately upon any violation of these Terms and Conditions, with or without warning, and Guest shall not receive a refund of any money for the time remaining in the reservation, nor will Property manager or owner be responsible for locating alternative accommodations for Guest. 7. Liability for Damage Guest is responsible for all damages to the Premises caused by Guest, the members of his party, and/or their guests. Guest is responsible for ensuring that the Premises are left upon departure in the same condition and repair as upon arrival. 8. Access to Premises Upon notice to Guest, Property manager/Homeowner may enter the Premises for necessary maintenance, repairs, or other reasonable purposes. 9. Assignment or Sublease Guest may not assign this Agreement or sublease any portion of the Premises without the prior written consent of Homeowner. No such approved assignment or sublease shall in any way relieve Guest of his obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. 10. Monthly Rentals: Utilities other than pool heat fees are included at no extra charge for nightly/weekly rentals. For monthly or more, renter pays actual utility (prorated) fees for electric & gas. ***Utility fees will be charged after departure, upon receipt of gas & electricity bills from owner. Guests receive copies of those bills via e-mail or regular mail. 11. Pool/Spa A surcharge of pool/spa heating usage applies for daily or weekly use. Monthly rentals pay actual electric + gas ***Pool heating will be an additional charge of $ 50/day. Please request pool heating at the time of booking, so that it will be turned on, and at desired temperature prior to your arrival. 12. Occupants The Premises are to be occupied exclusively by Guest and Guest's family/friends/ or associates for vacation or recreational purposes. The primary guest is to be at least 25 years of age.
event shall the Premises be occupied by more than (9) persons overnight. Please inquire about bedroom and bedding configuration prior to arrival. Any special event on the premises requires prior approval by Homeowner with additional fees to be imposed.
