Lisa and Mary's place is fantastic. The pictures are 100% accurate and the amenities are wonderful. The central location is great for skiing/snowboarding, visiting breweries, hiking and other outdoor activities, and day trips to Burlington or Montpelier. Lisa and Mary could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back again at some point!

This house was beautiful and Lisa was an amazing host! It's in a great location-- about 30 minutes or so to Stowe which is where we went skiing. I recommend getting a car with 4 wheel drive; our rental was not and Lisa could not be more helpful in directing us where to go and what to do. We got to meet Hudson and Bree which was worth the stay alone! At this house you can enjoy the beauty of Vermont and be in your own little Oasis.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean home; everything you need for a few days stay in VT. Close enough to Stowe, very happy with the amenities in the immediate area (10 min or so to some restaurants, 24 hr grocery store, Dunkin' Donuts, CVS). Lisa was communicative about her expectations. Be prepared to quickly meet her for a walk through of the house.

Lisa was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. The cabin is perfectly located. It is far enough from the town where you can feel as if you're peaceful oasis in the woods but close enough to easily enjoy Stowe, the slopes, etc.... There are many beautiful trails literally from the back of the house for hiking. Lisa has the house stocked up with anything you may need: kitchen supplies, games, booster seats, you name it! We would highly suggest staying here.

The house was nicer than the pictures on all accounts. It was very clean, the fireplace was very toasty, the hot tub is great after a day on the mountain, and there was plenty of towels and linens. Lisa was very accommodating and made our first AirBnB trip very easy. The morning view of the mountains out of the giant windows in the front of the house is a nice treat to wake up to as well.

The house was exactly as the pictures described and even nicer cause there aren't pictures of everything. Lisa was there to greet us and show us how to work the wood stove and the dynamics of the house. Hot tub was really nice Inspite of the freezing weather!!

Lisa was such a great host! Her place was exactly as described, and better. Seriously pleased with our stay. Lisa was very welcoming, took time out of her days to show us around all the amenities, and was always available if we had any questions. The house is on a quiet road about 25 minutes from great skiing. We were encouraged to go snowshoeing in the secluded woods behind the house and that was a great experience as well. We found ourselves driving to Stowe for great restaurants, but the town of Morrisville is only a 5 minute drive and has a quaint downtown with a few nice local restaurants.

We live for the outdoors. In the summer Mary is in the garden or on her bike and Lisa is climbing mountains or on her bike riding with Mary. In the winter we are snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Mary is retired and is a quilter and Lisa is a nurse practitioner and fine art photographer. We live in a special place with 4 season activities out the door or a short drive away. Sept. 2012 Lisa finished the 48, 4,000 footers in the White Mountains, which was a great way to celebrate turning 60. We both love to travel and camp and yearly we go to Acadia National Park. Lisa has done volunteer work in Tanzania training nurses and doctors in cervical cancer screening and that is her favorite kind of travel-when you are getting to know a country by working. Mary lived in India for a year and when she returned she mastered the art of Indian cooking.
Hudson and Bree are our 2 goofy, wonderful golden retrievers.
