A room for 3 people (a single bed + sofa bed for 2 people) a private house with a garden in Nõmme district is only 8 km from city center and is situated in beautiful nature far from big highways. Attention! I have two more rooms 2+2 people), so there is actually space for 7 people, if those two rooms are not booked by other guests.
The space
A private house (400m2) with a garden in Nõmme district (8 km from city center) is situated in a beautiful nature and far from big highways.
Please note that there are altogether 3 rooms for rent so that there is room for 7 guests.
An ekstra bed for one adult and an extra bed one child is also available. In the garden there is an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue. For children there are swings, a slide, sandbox and a lot of room for playing. Parking is free. The place is suitable for a single person, a couple, a family or a group of friends.
Private house with garden in Nymm district. The house can accommodate 7 people. It is possible to add two places for a child and an adult.
There is a fireplace and grill in the garden. For children there is a playground (slide, swing, pier). Parking is free of charge near the houses. This place is suitable for one person, couples, family, and group.
Guest access
The whole third floor of the house is for guests. There are three bedrooms (3+2+2 beds) and a lounge with TV and a sofa. On the first floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, which is ment only for the guests. The shower and toilet are also on the first floor. There is an opportunity to use the sauna for ekstra fee (according to an agreement), the use of towels is free. The sauna has a sittingroom with an indoor fireplace. There is free Wifi in the house (we will give you the code).
On the second floor of the house are my rooms, kitchen and toilet. The sauna will also be used by me and my family. There is only one entrance to the house. Guests will get the key until departure.
In the garden you are welcome to use the barbecue and the outdoor fireplace, but wood for the fire is for ekstra charge.
Весь третий этаж придназначен для гостей. Там находится 3 комната(3+2+2 спальное место) и гостивая с телевизором.
На первом этаже находятся кухня для гостей, душивая и туалет.
В доме имеется сауна, которую можно использовать за уплату(по договорной цене)
В доме имеется WIFI (интернет) бесплтно.
Весь второй этаж пренадлежит хозяйки дома и её семи.
Находящися в саду камин и гриль также можно использовать. Трава для камина и гриля можно купить.
During your stay
My family and two friendly cats live in the house on the second floor. We are social people and we are happy to interact with our guest and help with information about Tallinn and Estonia. Nontheless, if you want privacy then we will not disturb you. I speak english, russian swedish and finnish fluently. My daughter speaks good english.
If you have any special wishes, please let us know in advance. We do our very best to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.
