Welcome to 'Coastal Haven' – Luxury, Comfort & Space for the Whole Family (Paws Included!)
Nestled in the prestigious 5-star Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset, Coastal Haven is a luxurious 2-bedroom holiday home thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and ease—perfect for couples, families, friends and your four-legged companions.
Step into your modern home-from-home, where elegant décor, high-quality fixtures, and plush furnishings create a warm, welcoming retreat. The property is fully double glazed and centrally heated, ensuring year-round comfort. The spacious interior features an open-plan lounge, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, flooded with natural light and finished to an exceptional standard.
The kitchen is a cook’s dream, boasting a full-sized oven and hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave—and even a wine rack, slow cooker and soup maker. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a three-course family dinner, everything you need is provided, down to the last utensil.
Dine in comfort around a proper dining table with four sturdy chairs, then relax in the stylish lounge, complete with a feature electric fire, a NEW sofa and armchairs, Smart TV with soundbar and direct access through patio doors to your secure wrap-around decking—perfect for dogs and little ones alike.
The master bedroom is a haven in itself, featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV, generous storage including a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The twin room, with 2 slightly narrower than standard single beds, is ideal for kids or extra guests and is served by a separate family shower room.
Outdoors, enjoy al fresco dining, sunbathing, or a quiet coffee on the spacious, enclosed decking—ideal for keeping children and dogs safe while you relax.
We provide all your bedding, a bath towel per guest, hand towel per bathroom, kitchen linens and thoughtful touches to help you settle in straight away. Just don’t forget your beach towels!
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

Guest access
You have full use of our holiday home during your stay. You will also have access to ALL the leisure facilities if you purchase the leisure passes prior to your stay. Please see 'Other details to note' for information on the passes.
Other things to note
The leisure passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
The dog fee is £30 per dog per trip. You will see the fee for one dog on your booking costings breakdown and will be sent a separate payment request for the second dog fee of £30 after you've made your booking.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
Pet friendly features and amenities: -
• It can be difficult to find luxury accommodation that accepts well behaved dogs, but we believe the two need not necessarily be mutually exclusive!
• A dog is ‘family’ too and subject to our House rules, one well behaved dog is welcome to join you for your stay in Coastal Haven at Hoburne Park. That is why we have made sure they can enjoy your holiday with you, they do not miss the fun, and you do not miss them!
• Please specify at the time of booking if you intend to bring your dog. An extra charge is applicable of £30 per dog per booking, with up to a MAXIMUM of one dog per booking. Registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are welcome to stay without charge.
• We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our ‘home from home’ holiday home and have high cleaning standards so that all guests (with or without dogs) can equally enjoy staying in our holiday home.
• Your dog will enjoy a small doggy treat provided as part of our welcome pack for guests on arrival.
• In the event that you have forgotten your own, a few doggie things will be available which includes: -
• A small supply of disposable dog waste bags.
• Dog bowls for food and water.
• We are perfectly positioned for country, coastal or forest walks, so you will never be short of places to burn off some energy and get some exercise, whatever time day it may be! And there is an on-site designated dog exercise area as well.
Prohibited Breeds -
In the interest of guest safety – especially children – and the welfare of other dogs on site, the following breeds of dogs are not allowed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
• Breeds classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act: - Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero.
• Other prohibited breeds: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, English Bull Terriers, Japanese Akitas.
