It is a very small space but it works great as a crash pad :)
The walk in closet needs a touch up paint job around the frame so don't book it if that's going to bother you lol
The place is all yours :)
Please take care of it. There is no hotel staff to come and clean up after you! LOL it's just me :-)
Everything you could need is steps from the door. Treasure Island grocery store, CVS, tons of restaurants, Washington Square Park, Dave & Busters, and a short walk to Second City!
Here are some examples of proximity to some of the favorite tourist spots…

Second from LaSalle & Wells Street buses. The red line will take you to the heart of downtown and Wrigley Field in less than 5 minutes (once you're in the train) or walk downtown in 10. LaSalle St bus will take you Lincoln Park Zoo in 5 minutes. Or walk there in 8.
On weekends the main street, LaSalle, has no parking restrictions, so it is free and you will have no problems.
On weekdays, each side of that street has restrictions during opposite rush hours (so you'd move your car from one side to the other twice a day lol). But there are options for free parking on the SIDE streets if you're willing to drive around and be patient. You can usually find a free unrestricted spot if you're patient on the following streets: Elm, Wells, Hill, Orleans.
Paid options: SpotHero (download the app and guarantee yourself a spot), or there's a parking lot directly across the street you can pay for.
Other things to note
It is actually possible to park for free here!
You can get $15/day guest passes from the building next door, which I believe are indoor spots.
Another option a lot of people do: park you car a couple of el stops away and take the redline to the apartment because it's so close to the train its not that bad. This works especially well if you don't actually plan on using your car while you're here.
-never enter the building through the front lobby with wheelie bags (there's a side door that also goes through the lobby that I'd prefer my guests use)
-leave the place as you found it (do dishes, sweep up)
-careful with your noise level after 10pm
I am a comedian who moved here from Seattle a couple years ago.
In Seattle I was actually a dog trainer and fitness boot camp instructor, and a comedian on the side-- so I decided to flip that script! I have a small well behaved dog (12 lbs) and I love to laugh!
