Our recently updated beach house is in the heart of Narragansett, RI. It's an open 2 bedroom home with living space on 2 floors and air conditioning throughout both floors. You have this whole house to yourself, including the outdoor space with a grill, dining area and outdoor shower! This property is just a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach but also close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and the Block Island Ferry. This house has everything
you need for the perfect beach stay!

The space
Spend time with family and friends and create new memories at our beach house!

Enjoy the cozy living-room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. There is also another entertainment area on the second floor.

The kitchen includes all the essentials you may need during your stay. A single cup Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full sized refrigerator with water dispenser and of course the cooking and serving utensils.

There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer right off the bathroom.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home during your stay. There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

Other things to note
There is plenty to do around here! Besides the beach you can also walk over the George C Park located right on Point Judith. This park as a playground, basketball and tennis courts. Our house is walking distance to Cumberland Farms, Coffee N Bagel Connection, restaurants and even an ice cream shop(across the street from Scarborough Beach. Enjoy your stay!
