Interaction with guests
We are always on hand to offer assistance and advice to help you enjoy your holiday to the maximum. But we are aware it is your holiday so will respect your privacy.
Other things to note
Always book travel well in advance especially at peak times for ferries. Caledonian MacBrayne sail from Ullapool to Stornoway the nearest town or you can choose other routes to the islands like coming through Skye to catch the Uig toTarbert ferry. Check out the hopscotch rates (in one port out another).
Sunday is a special day in the islands so don't expect to find shops and other businesses open, they're are a few who do but just be aware and plan accordingly.
There is no smoking permitted within the property and although we don't mind you taking your pets they must be kept to certain areas and on no account permitted on the soft furnishings. We expect people to respect and love the house as much as we do.
Wife, mother, crofter, event manager....seeking the sunshine as it seems to elude the Hebrides at times when I am able to need it. Oh and I also have a self catering property on the west side of Lewis and I know what it's like to upkeep and more importantly what I'm looking for when I visit other properties.
