Prestigious villa in a dominant and extraordinarily panoramic position, immersed in over 20,000 square meters of Mediterranean maquis with views of the islands of Tavolara, Molara, Isola Rossa, Molarotto, and overlooking beaches of Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta with its ponds, all belonging to the protected marine park of the island of Tavolara and distant from the aforementioned beaches about 1 km.

The space
The villa is made up of several units for a total of 600 square meters covered, 250 square meters of covered outdoor spaces (patios, gazebos, etc.), 150 square meters of terrace, 120 square meters of outdoor swimming pool, and over 20,000 m2 of exclusive courtyard where there is also a helipad that allows you to reach by helicopter in a few minutes practically any place in Sardinia.
The main unit is composed of six suites all with en-suite bathrooms (three suites with walk-in closets, the 70 square meters master suite, with an internal whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom), large living room with fireplace, dining room, guest toilet, and large kitchen makes up the living area. The main unit has also a warehouse/laundry and one room with a bathroom for the staff with independent external access.
The main unit has various covered spaces including patios (about 130 square meters), one gazebo (about 80 square meters) with a table that can accommodate up to 22 people with an external kitchen, a pizza oven and a BBQ adjacent to a kiosk (about 20 square meters) used as a bar.
The outdoors of the main unit is made up of a garden with a lawn, a fountain of about 30 square meters, a terrace of about 150 square meters, and a 120 sqm swimming pool with a whirlpool, boasting a breathtaking sea view.
Also located in detached bodies and at different levels from the main body are a bathroom with showers serving the swimming pool, a chapel for worship, a second fountain, scenic walkways with dry stone walls, a pond with an artificial stream, a natural spring, a bowls court with lighting, warehouses of about 80 sq. m., and a janitor's/gardener's mobile home of about 30 sq. m.
The property has numerous covered and uncovered parking spaces (10), and access roads and stairs that are perfectly lit at night, making all 20,000 square meters of Mediterranean vegetation embellished with various plant essences and centuries-old trees usable, even at night.
