Our fully renovated chalet is located on the heights of Giettaz under the Aravis range between La Clusaz and Megève. Spacious, it is ideal for families or groups of friends in a quiet environment with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. It has all the comforts, underfloor heating, good bedding and a drinking water source. Many walks can be taken on foot from the chalet and the ski resorts are all close by (10 minutes by car).

Welcome to our home
This cottage is not a rental investment but our second home. We put a lot of time, energy and heart into it.
With a living area of 126 m2, the chalet can accommodate 6 people.
In the main living area you will find a comfortable sofa and many armchairs to spend cozy evenings. This room has a large bay window which gives it a beautiful brightness and will allow you to enjoy the view of the mountains throughout the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the ideal terrace to enjoy an outdoor meal on sunny days.
The chalet has three bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), as well as two double bedrooms (1600 x 200). You then have a bathroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats).
The chalet is equipped with a very pleasant floor heating system. The wood stove can only be used if your insurance is able to provide proof of coverage in the event of a fire (following a problem that occurred in the valley)

Guest access
Our chalet is 1350 meters above sea level, a 5-minute drive to the center of La Giettaz where there are shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to the ski lifts.
It is located at the top of a road, always cleared of snow in winter and you can park at the foot of the chalet by taking a 50-meter dirt road, accessible from the road. There is a shortcut coming from La Clusaz, accessible all year round, except during the winter period.
As the cottage parking is not always completely cleared of snow in the event of heavy snowfall, it is sometimes necessary to park slightly below, at the entrance to the path (see photo) and to reach the cottage on foot (barely 2 minutes).
There are 2 accesses to the balcony where the front door is located, on either side of the chalet.
In winter, access to the chalet is highly recommended with snow chains.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Other things to note
Beds are made on request and at an additional cost (sorry, concierge service is very expensive in the area), otherwise, the sheets will be placed on the beds
