I stayed in Nadja's place for almost two months. She was at first very kind to me and fulfilled all my wishes. However, her attitude changed dramatically when I complained about the noise in the flat. I complained about the noise only two times. In the first one, Nadja was having a lot of visitors in her room (which was right next to mine) at 5 AM in the morning and it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. When I complained about it later, she kindly apologized to me and I was OK with it. In the second one, she was listening to loud music (and by loud I mean LOUD. When I went to her to complain about it, we could not understand each other because of the high volume) and I kindly asked her if she could lower the volume a bit. She reacted however in a very rude way, started shouting that she will listen to loud music only for 20 minutes and slammed the door in my face. Later that day, she told me that it was her flat and she sets up the rules and if I am not fine with it she can reimburse me my money and I can look for another flat. That day alone has ruined my stay there, but I did not move out as I did not know how the reimbursement would work and I had no time to find another place and move to it. Instead, I bought some earplugs and spent the rest of my stay with the help of those. Incidentally, I was very content with the customer service of AirBnB, they have given me a coupon worth 100 Euros for the discomfort that I had to bear.
Other than that, the room was quite big and comfortable and the district was a nice green one. If you are planning to stay for a short while and don't mind noise so much it might work for you, but otherwise I would not recommend it.
