Guests - A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the unit.
Pets - Please contact us directly about pets. We will review it on a case by case basis.
Noise complaints - Zero tolerance policy for any noise complaints and will result in eviction from the property.
Illegal Substances - The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
Smoking -Smoking is prohibited in the loft. A $500 smoke-damage cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the loft. There will also be an automatic loss of security deposit.
Damages - The security deposit is in place for common damages. Please alert us of any damages.
