Centrally located, you’ll be surrounded by the real porteño spirit: tango shows, theatres, cinemas, barbeque restaurants and typical cafés. Nevertheless, the apartment is interior located, so it’s very silent.
Centrally located, right in the heart of the city’s downtown, very close to Corrientes and 9 de Julio Av., and just 5 blocks from the fancy Puerto Madero Area! The apartment is just a few metres away from the Obelisk, and from Florida Pedestrian Street. You’ll be surrounded by the real porteño spirit: tango shows, theatres, cinemas, parrillas (barbeque restaurants) and typical cafés. This is the place to find out why Buenos Aires is known as the city that never sleeps! Nevertheless, the apartment is interior located, so it’s very silent.
Public transportation in this area is fantastic. Just steps away from the building entrance you will find the subway station, bus stops and plenty of cabs.
It takes just a few minutes to reach the Recoleta neighbourhood.
This apartment combines the original style of a classical city building - high ceilings, wooden beams and colonial atmosphere - with touches of contemporary modern design.
Loft style design, with a living-dining room and a mezzanine bedroom area in the upper floor. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room, which opens up into 2 single beds enabling four people to be accommodated in the apartment.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and a little interior balcony as well.

As I said I'm from Argentina. I'm a film distributor and I have my own company which is called Austral Films ( I'm travelling to London for the presentation of a Photographic Exhibition at the Canning House about Eva Perón and I plan to visit some potential clients (Film distributors) in London and to attend some screenings at the BFI London Film Festival. I do not smoke, don't take any drugs and I'm a very clean, tidy and respectful person.
