The space

A River facing fifth floor apartment with amazing views of London. Serviced by lifts/elevatots offers guests three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies with fantastic river views. Being on a southerly meander between Westminster and Battersea means you have direct views to the East and West. The apartment has a fully fitted separate kitchen plus a living and dining space.

Furnished with three double beds and a double sofa bed, this apartment can accommodate a total of eight guests. With a full private gym on site and the main transport hub of Vauxhall on your door step this apartment offers the perfect base for you to explore London.

If you are looking for the WOW factor for your special stay in London, this is the apartment for you.

There is a main family bathroom plus the added benefit of an en suite shower room to the master bedroom. This is really beneficial for the larger groups.

Being part of a major new river side development means that there are bars, restaurants and a gym all within meters of the entrance to the apartments.

There is a river bus pier which is part of the complex so you can get to many destination in London along the River Thames which is a fantastic way to see London and beat the traffic.

Interaction with guests

I am always available by phone to answer guests questions while they are staying in London. Unless I am on vacation or away from London I always meet and greet my guests. I feel I know the apartment best and would have all the answers to questions arriving guests may have about the house and area. Plus I enjoy putting faces to the internet conversations!

The neighbourhood

Vauxhall/Nine Elms is a zone one are of London. It is the new home to the American and Dutch Embassies. The houses of parliament and Big Ben are a 15 minute walk along the river and Victoria station is just two stops or about 5 minutes on the underground train.

Getting around

You can't get much better than Vauxhall for getting around. It is a main line overground, underground and bus terminus. All within meters of the apartment.
