A stones throw to Rayburn golf resort, with 2 restaurants, a great little coffee shop that rivals Starbucks, swimming pool access with a fee, & pickle ball courts. A covered screened in patio with 2 huge ceiling fans , a couch 2 chairs and 2 ottomans and a fire pit, A grill and plenty of extra chairs. There is also another fire pit in the wooded back yard. And plenty of parking. 5 minute drive to boat launch and lake!




The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

The space
Enter into the downstairs with 2 comfy sofas, one is a sofa bed that can sleep 2, game table , desk, king bedroom, twin bed bedroom and full bathroom. Outdoors firepit and fenced yard. Upstairs sofa and oversized and cozy chair for two, full kitchen and bar with 4 stools, king bedroom and bathroom, another 1/2 bathroom. The Covered and screened in patio with huge ceiling fans and a second firepit, sofas, chairs, grill is so great!
