Ocean Garden #3 is a comfy condo on the ground floor, located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is one block from BlackBeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen TVs, leather sectional sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air, all tiled floors and much more.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, which combined will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has a flat screen LCD or LED tv and ceiling fans.
You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and private parking for the complex also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool or the South Padre Island night life, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!
Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons at the semi-private swimming pool.
Small and medium size house-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.

A wonderful and refreshing shared pool awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic.
Interaction with guests
I am local (live about 25 minutes away), and can be easily reach by phone (text or call) and e-mail.
If you never been to South Padre Island, you will soon realize the whole town is a tourist/beach town, a sunny paradise in the southern tip of Texas. If you have been here before, you know what I am talking about.
Although a car is not required, we recommend one to move around. South Padre Island has public transportation also.

- Tax included in all prices!!!!
- The unit has parking for two vehicles (one behind the other) - IMPORTANT - Please do not block other units parking! (your car may be towed away)
- We are NOT a rental agency. We own this property!
- We require a Rental Agreement to be filled and signed and a copy of a valid ID before checking-in!
- House trained pets are allowed though a small pet fee.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Please respect your neighbors and pool rules.
- Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period
- Property is for residential use only - No House-Parties allowed!
- Documents required: Filled and signed rental agreement with CC and copy of valid ID.
I'm an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Manufacturing Systems. Originally from Argentina, but a local resident for the last 35 years. My wife and I enjoy coming to SPI on a very frequent basis. Really good restaurants here...good ambient. Wonderful sea breeze!
I started investing in Real Estate in SPI back in 2009, where I bought a townhome for our use, but we used it for only a couple of weeks during the year. So I started renting it short term and realized I was meeting wonderful people always wanting to relax and enjoy the Island... I loved it so much that I bought the unit next door, and then a unit one block away, and so forth... it's been a wonderful journey. We now own 11 units! We are not an agency! All of the units we offer, we own and frequently enjoy ourselves!
