We had a great time at Kitty's place in Tahoe. We only had instructions via email and didn't see anyone from the host's side, but that was no issue. The instructions were very clear and as described. The Cabin is very comfortable for 2 with a lot of space and comfort. We loved the location, and although we needed to drive, it was all in short distance. This location gave us access to Tahoe city, and all the way down to Emerald bay in a short time. The location of the cabin is very quiet, so it was a great to relax in the evening. Kitty also had a book with a lot of recommendations for activities during the summer or winter. Overall a great stay!

This is a very comfortable, warm cabin, with some floor heating, well equipped in a quiet fairly rustic setting. It has local general stores nearby, and a short lake drive to Tahoe City. We visited while snow was falling, tried some skiing, and sighted a wolf nearby. A good value Lake Tahoe experience.

Kathleen User ProfileKathleen is a superhost.

I'm a retired school teacher and husband is a retired general contractor. We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. We built our vacation home at Lake Tahoe. When we go to Tahoe our family likes to hike, read, and bike. Once in a while we go out to eat but usually cook at the cabin. At night we like to play family games.
Since this is a vacation home I am sorry to say that we will not get to meet you. The upside of this is that the cabin is devoid of clutter from people living there.
