Relaxing, spacious and child-friendly cottage. The house is located at the end of a road so it is undisturbed by traffic. Here you will find a large lawn, a large cherry tree and opportunities to play and run around all day. The cottage offers a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day and night. The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away on foot, which is a very child-friendly and lovely sandy beach in the middle of a naturally beautiful UNESCO protected area. Højby Lyng is part of Denmark's most popular summer house areas and is a quiet, child-friendly area with a short distance to both Gudmindrup beach that is publicly staffed, and Højby Lyng beach, which is more private and quiet. In addition, it is only 4-5 km to the nearest store, whether you bike to Ellinge Lyng or drive to Højby city. The town of Vig where a festival is held every summer is also close by. It is a short distance to Nykøbing Sjælland if you want to shop and experience a local village, as well as Odden if you want fresh sea air and shop for delicious fish with e.g. Odden fish. The area also houses a lot of scenic areas, many protected under UNESCO, and there are also historic buildings and older archaeological big communities such as the place where they found the Solvognen, which is definitely worth a visit. In addition to its beautiful beaches and cozy towns, Odsherred also has a lot of wildlife where you can experience seal safaris, among other things. Hi! We are a family of 4 living in a lovely area of Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. I am Norwegian and work as a psychologist and my Danish husband is a craftsman and have an entrepreneur company. We rent out our newly renovated mansion in a very cozy and child-friendly neighborhood in Frederiksberg. The apartment is great for families with small children, close to the metro and S-train that provides access to all of Copenhagen, and with both Flintholm swimming pool, CUBE activity center, CBS and many playgrounds nearby. The apartment has many amenities that are well suited for those traveling with small children. Large, bright rooms, washer and dryer, changing table, and espresso machine to name a few. In addition, there is access to a small private garden where you can eat, drink and play on a nice soft grass here during the summer months.
