Chill out and enjoy this spacious, cozy house in central Viken, only 4 min. from the beautiful beach with sand and bath huts. Foodstore 200m. All type of modern equipment. Free fast Wi-fi, TV, cinema room, fully equipped kitchen. There is a big garden with a massage jacuzzi on the deck (book in advance) with several furniture groups to catch the sun. It is a 2 floor house, "souterrain". A big grass & fruit garden, perfect for games. BBQ gasol. You need several days here to discover Kullaygden!

It is a very friendly neighbourhood with neighbours willing to help if there is any problems with anything. Viken is a very safe, good area with calm atmosphere. Middle of Viken 200 m. to the ICA store. 250 m. to the beach with bridges, restaurants and a nice harbour. Golfcourse 2 km and tennis, padel etc. Kullaberg close - with hiking, fantastic scenery, rocks and adventure !!

I can give you tips on great sightseeing, restaurants, culture, shopping, diving and snorkelling, and the best beaches around. Very warm welcome to Viken, an old fishing village from the 1700- century. My motto is "everything is possible" and I always try my bet to give top service.
