Other things to note
The weather here might be uncompromising but we will do our very best to help you have a good time in Iceland.
Everyone should be very kind to our beloved apartment, as this apartment is very kind to us, and hopefully will be to you!
Smoking is not allowed, neither are pets, sadly. However, bikers are welcome! There is space in the bicycle storage for two or three bikes, panniers and all, and if you are looking for information regarding bicycling in Iceland we would be happy to help.
My name is Auður Lóa Guðnadóttir (22), and I am an artist recently graduated from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts. I currently live in a small but good apartment with my boyfriend Starkaður Sigurðarson (25).
We love to eat good food, visit museums, read and bike, as well as spending time in the studio. We are also extremely fond of tea.
We make a good team, and enjoy working together both at artistic and non artistic jobs. We both work part time at a nursing home for the elderly, caring for people suffering from alzheimers disease. We also work with other artists and galleries as assistants, doing odd jobs, painting or construction. We've been part of various strange projects for film and music festivals, including building a 4m high tree and two large golden puffins.
