The place is very nice and near the major temples like the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. However, it is kind of far from the city center, since it is on the west side of the Chao Phraya River. However, you can use Grab or Uber conveniently to move around the city. I also liked that there was DIY breakfast of eggs, toasts, and cereals, alongside with milk and juice. The room is better than what I expected. It has a beautifully tiled bathroom and comfy bed sheets. However, our air-conditioning unit took a bit of time to fully work, since I had to wait for quite some time for the room to become sufficiently cold. Overall a nice place to stay considering the price I paid.

The location is in a very busy area and smelly outside. The actual hotel is wonderful, clean, and has beautiful view of garden in the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a place out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is in a short walking distance to the Temple of Dawn and the pier. Yet, if you are planning on sight seeing after 8:00 pm, you need to consider taking a tuk-tuk or taxi to return to the hotel, as the ferry runs only until 8:00 pm. The staff was friendly and helpful though communication wasn't always easy, but everyone did their best to help out with any issue.

Nice, clean hotel. A bit far from the city center and taxis had a very hard time finding it, even with my phone and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps. Be prepared for some taxi rides if you stay here. Also, we booked an excursion the the hotel and the bus never showed up. We had some pretty bad communication issues trying to get it solved with hotel staff but we weren't able to go to the floating market at all. If you stay here do not use the hotel to book day trips, find a reputable company to book with. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but it was a beautiful hotel.

We had a great stay here! It definitely is closer to a little boutique hotel, but the place is very charming and located in a great neighborhood that's next to the main sights but not in the crazy traveler-filled center. We had a great time!

The hotel is located in walking distance from Wat Aurun. It is a fantastic place with lots of antiques and nice decorations. Room was very comfortable and nice, beautiful garden in the yard. The neighbourhood is great with many littel streetfood places and very good coffee places. Big recomendation!!!

We only spent one night there. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was pretty good and I say that only for one reason. If you are planning on sight seeing after 7:30 pm, it might be a little tricky to get back (but not impossible). This is because there is a ferry that shuttles people from one side of the river to the other for 4 baht and the last one is around 7:30. Nevertheless, once you cross the river (which takes about 2 min), all the main sites are super close! Grande Palace, Wat Pho, Chinatown, and Koah San Road are easily accessible and within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to all the sights while still getting a truly local experience. The street food nearby was also fantastic!
