The home was clean and spacious. The hosts were welcoming, warm, generous and very helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's in a truly residential area so you'll need a ride into the center but thankfully their neighbour is a tuk tuk driver and he's great. Getting around was no problem. Great place. Amazing family. I'll miss them!

Everything you need, nothing you don't. Lovely, kind, welcoming family with two adorable little girls. They made us feel so welcome and looked after, giving us tips, and helping us figure out what to do next when our wallet was stolen. Bottled water was freely available, and even bananas for breakfast on our last day. We are dinner with them one night in a nearby food court where they showed us what to eat and explained everything to us. The room is comfortable and equipped with a great air conditioner. We only saw one mosquito during our stay. Couldn't recommend enough.

Chariya and her family are AMAZING!!! Her and her husband are SO friendly and helpful and generous. They have two adorable babies that are the happiest, friendliest, children I have ever met. it was delightful to play with the kids in the morning waiting for my friend to pick me up, or after returning in the evenings. Just to meet Chariya and her family should be reason enough to book. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I got to spread all my clothes around and pack and repack my bags with so much space to still use. Their home has two bathrooms and I used the large one upstairs. I found their home clean and peaceful. I would DEFinitely book here again! I also liked the location being outside the center of city. The nieghborhood is quiet and felt like home. Their neighbor has a tuktuk so even if my friend couldn't drive me around I could have them help me call their neighbor. It came in handy when I wanted to be outside, but didnt want to return to the house to pick up my bags. Chariya helped me arrange for the neighbor to deliver my bags to the airport. :D I have only the highest praises to give for Chariya, her lovely home, and glorious children. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and such a part of the family. You all are so wonderful!!!

Such a welcoming couple. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their family, and learned to cook some local dishes. Chariya was extremely helpful organising a local tuk tuk for us at a good price, and helping us get local SIM cards. We highly recommend a visit with this lovely family.

I had a wonderful time at Putkosal's house because this family is really friendly :) My room was clean, the bathroom, the living room and the kitchen were clean and good. I never felt alone in this house and I learnt a lot of things about khmer traditions, life in cambodia :) I recommend this place to anyone who would like to discover a typical khmer family, meet wonderful people and enjoy its trip in PP :D Thanks a lot for everething we share together, I will never forget my trip at your house ! Thank you so much !!

Kosal was a very welcoming and accommodating host despite us only staying in Phnom Penh for 2 nights, and we are truly thankful for that :) On the evening we arrived we got lost trying to find our way to the couple's home. Despite being busy with family matters, Kosal came to pick us up, walked us around his home and explained where everything was. He also helped us negotiate a good price with the tuk-tuk driver. And even though he had to tend to family matters, he nevertheless assured us that if we had any enquiries, we could always reach him. He also very kindly lent us his bicycle so that we could go around the city, offered the fruits and noodles in his kitchen, and constantly checked on how we were doing. His house was big, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. Although it was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we enjoyed the peacefulness of his neighbourhood and the morning market just right outside his home, where people were friendly and welcoming too :) We are grateful to have met Kosal and his wife, whom we briefly spoke to on the phone. It was a short stay in Phnom Penh due to time constraints on our side, but we would really love to go back, and if we do we'd stay at Kosal's home again.
