Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique property. We have three units all one bedroom, bathroom, basic kitchenette and relaxing lounge area. Very modern and clean, designed to reflect Brightlingsea Maritime history. Situated near the harbour, sailing and yacht clubs and the beautiful promenade. Also within easy reach off local amenities, and the surrounding areas. Brightlingsea boasts a Lido pool and many fantastic pubs/restaurants and Cafe's.
1 night bookings will incur a cleaning fee of £30.00

A two story, recently renovated to a very high standard holiday accommodation. Suitable for couples looking to explore Brightlingsea and the surrounding areas.

Each unit accommodates two people with the unit to themselves.

Other things to note
Please note over the Christmas period we will only be taking bookings for a minimum of three days Christmas Eve, Christmas day and boxing day. This will give our cleaning team a well deserved holiday and much needed time with their family.
All booking for one night stays only will incur £30.00 cleaning fee.
