Recent house located in a quiet area of a municipality close to the city of Brest.
South facing, you will enjoy the sun all day, inside via large glass windows and outside on the 50m2 terrace or on the lawn by the heated pool.
Ideal house for a family with young children: the floor is dedicated to them with 3 bedrooms, a large mezzanine serving as a games room and library, a bathroom with bath and shower.
On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom (with empty dressing room and shower room), the entrance hall (with darts, foosball and a piece of furniture filled with various board games at your disposal), the living room of 45m2 overlooking the terrace, with the seating area to watch 65 inch TV (Disney+, Netflix, Prime, Orange), and the dining area as well as a small desk with a computer at your disposal. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Thermomix, Cookeo, toaster, waffle machine, raclette machine, plancha, crepe maker,… Finally, adjoining the kitchen, you will find the pantry to store all your belongings during your stay and the laundry area to take care of laundry with two washing machines including a dryer.
In the garden, you can enjoy the swimming pool heated to 29 degrees, and regardless of the weather thanks to the shelter that can be handled easily to cover it partially or entirely depending on the wind or air temperature. Many water games are at your disposal. In the shade of the trees, installed on a sunbed you can watch your children play in the pool. Night swimming with the kids thanks to the pool projector, a success guaranteed.
On the 50m2 terrace you can eat facing the pool, sheltered from the sun under a shade canvas and also have an aperitif in the relaxation lounge away from the wind thanks to the bamboo. An outdoor shower connected to the hot water network of the house will allow you to rinse off before and after swimming.
Travel light and peace of mind: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided (not beach/pool towels) .Even most of the consumables are provided for your entire stay: dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, tea towels, foil, food film, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, barbecue charcoal,etc. We also provide you with 2 simple meals so you don't have to run errands on arrival.
Ability to park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the house and load it for free via a reinforced outlet available (16A max depending on the vehicle).
If you accept, our Plumeau rabbit will ask to be fed daily and its outer cage cleaned if needed.
Forest walk a few hundred yards away, beach and water activities less than 2km away
The house is located in a residential and family area, no late noise.
