100 year old adorable one room cabin with a private bath with a wood burning fireplace. Private deck with seating. Hand made cedar headboard on queen size bed with brand new mattress. Gorgeous forest views. Unplug and get away in the heart of the Bitterroot National Forest. Please read entire listing and rules carefully. We love having guests bring pets but do charge a small fee of $10 per pet per night.

The space
The cabin is rustic. It is also adorable and private. There is a private shower, toilet and sink in the cabin. Coffee maker with coffee, full size electric stove/oven, toaster, mini-fridge, pots/pans, and dishes are all provided. Guests can light a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the ambiance. On a clear night the starts are plentiful and breathtaking. Private deck with seating is a great place to stargaze or enjoy your morning coffee.

This adorable 100 year old cabin sits on 10 beautiful acres of forested land, bordering Forest Service land so guests can enjoy hundreds of acres right outside the cabin. The Bitterroot National Forest has great opportunities for outdoor recreation. There is hiking, biking, hunting, fishing and many many more options. There are ski resorts near by as well as hot springs!

There is a possibility of being able to accommodate additional guests. There will be a $10 charge for each guest beyond two (with a maximum of 2 additional guests). This includes children. Please let us know a head of time if you are bringing children. We have a portable crib available.

Guest access
The cabin is located on top of a mountain, 1.7 miles up a forest service road. Access is fairly easy. Guests will have the ability to come and go from the cabin at their leisure. We have immediate access to the Bitterroot National Forest, all we have to do is walk across the property line. This remote setting is a sweet spot to get away!!!

Other things to note
We do not have cell service, internet access or TV. Corber Cabin is an opportunity for you to completely disconnect and relax. This will allow you to truly "get away."

We do have a land line in our home, in case of emergency. We can make this available to you during reasonable hours and for reasonable amounts of time.

We have crock-pots and an outdoor propane grill available. Just let us know a head of time.

Corber Cabin is very remote. We are located in the forest. There are a few other properties but our real neighbors are the wildlife that we share the forest with. The wildlife is abundant and frequently here on the property.

We worked full time and ran a successful business, but we rarely saw each other or our children. Moving to Montana allowed us to reconnect with ourselves and with our family life.
