Located in an authentic village between Uzès, Avignon and Nîmes, conveniently close to the hi-speed train direct to Geneva and Paris.

The space
The main house sits on 3000 sq meters of private and enclosed land and offers 380 M2 of living space on three levels:
Ground floor: an elegant hallway featuring the original stone staircase leads to the formal reception/dining room (seats up to 16), which leads to a large family sitting room with a fitted kitchen, which opens onto a covered terrace. There are also two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and a bathroom.

On the first floor, three bedrooms , two bathrooms with gallery rooms with the library and study.

On the top floor, another bedroom plus a large loft style suite with bathroom of 74m2.

Note: There is a security camera in the garden. The property has AC in five areas. The top floor bedroom, the garden bedroom, the winery bedrooms, the living room and underfloor air-conditioning in the bar/reception hall. The thick stone walls keep the house cool in the summer heat and fans are available if needed, for any other rooms.

The original old wine chai, 210 m2, in the grounds, has been transformed into a large outbuilding reception room (booked separately) with accommodation, bathroom and kitchen facilities and AC, perfect for large group reunions. It is a contemporary design, with striking wood and large glass windows, soundproofing, underfloor heating, and air conditioning.

Another independent en-suite bedroom, adjacent to the outbuildings, with a carport for six cars, and a high-speed electric car charger, plus storerooms

Experience the spaciousness of the entire property, which can be rented for up to 20 people staying, without the reception and bar areas, which are charged separately.

Other things to note
Private chef service available upon request. Speak to us about dates and details. It is very central, with an enclosed garden and land plot in the heart of Meynes. The weekly Wednesday market is right next door, on the main square. Boulangerie, pharmacy, and everything are within minutes' walking distance. There is a camera in the outdoor space for your security.
