We have a lovely 2 bedroom terrace house in the highly sought after suburb of Erskineville. 10-15 minutes by train to the CBD, a short walk to Erskineville cafes and also to Newtown for restaurants and shops. Approx. 20 min drive to eastern beaches.
This CBD fringe renovated two-storey terrace house is located in the leafy suburb of Erskineville. A short 10 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and public transport. A great pick for the lover of a good coffee and a long Sunday brunch.
Located on a quiet street of 10 other houses, this house has 2 bedrooms which can sleep 2-4 people with one queen bed and one single with a trundle bed (3 is more suitable). The house is spacious with an open plan living/dining and kitchen and large sliding doors opening to a small back courtyard/garden.
The house has an internal laundry with modern washer and dryer as well as an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. There is air-conditioning/heating in the master bedroom.
Erskineville is a leafy inner suburb full of old Sydney charm with heritage listed terrace houses and a park around every corner. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to city, but enjoy your peace and privacy.

During the Christmas/New Year period we ask for a 7 night minimum stay, with long bookings preferred.
Strictly no smoking inside the house. Smoking outside in courtyard is fine. In respect of neighbours please no noise after 11pm. Small dogs welcome for additional $250 (refundable) security deposit. No guests other than renters, unless otherwise agreed.
