Alive Beach House is a newly built small hotel with an onsite guests only bar and restaurant ( we offer veggie dishes, with chicken, shrimps and fish). Located in front of a left point break and a beach break makes it the perfect spot for surfers and anyone looking for a slice of paradise.

The space
Superior queen room on upper floor with private bathroom, balcony and ocean view. Air conditioning, hot water. Breakfast included. The room has fresh towels and comfortable linens. Quiet, fresh and comfortable, a real gem in Nicaragua.

At Alive you can enjoy watching the ocean and observing the waves all the time from your room, common areas, restaurant, swimming and garden since we are located a few meters from the water and the whole property is oriented towards the ocean.

You can continue your daily morning yoga routine by joining our yoga class ( Every day from 9.30-10.30, 5 usd per class per person)

Alive Beach House is designed for your relaxation and unwinding , we count with a big garden, hammocks everywhere, a rooftop 360 view palapa, yoga shala, swimming pool, sun-beds hidden under the mangroves.

We have a a bar and a small healthy menu on site for guests only.

You can rent surf boards from us or organize a surf lesson for any level of surfers.

Relaxed, boho chic beachfront hotel. More suited for quiet, relaxed vacations.
No Parking- we have space with video surveillance behind the hotel where guests can leave their cars but it is not a comfortable parking to use your car and get out and in during your stay.
We clean the room and change the sheets every second day
Restaurant is for guests only which is why we have a small menu with dishes with chicken, fish, shrimps and vegetarian.
Late check-out option subject to availability, costs extra 40 usd, max until 6pm.
