My apartment is a penthouse which have a large suny terrace to the front with a table, a sitting area, a bbq and sofa.

The seafront and the promenade is just steps away and you can enjoy this view from the terrace. All the amenities of the apartment are modern and quality (induction plate, coffee machine, air conditionner)

You are ideally located, just seconds from the promenade in a quiet street between Sliema Ferry and St Julian.

Bus stop, café and restaurant a few steps away.

The space

The apartment is on the top floor of a small six-floor building with elevator. There is 1 apartment per floor. You will not be disturbed by the neighbors.

The apartment is spacious and bright. The interior space is about 70 m² and the apartment has a sunny terrace (from late morning to night) of 25 m² with sofa, sitting area, barbecue and dining table. The apartment has a rear terrace of 10 sqm.

The room has a queen size double bed.

The apartment has all the necessary and modern facilities in order to make your stay enjoyable. Induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, air conditionner.

If you like to cook you will find all the necessary even a dishwasher.

Very central and stunning flat. Huge lounge and terrace. The terrace gets the sun all day which makes it perfect to laze about on! There is construction work going on which starts early but that wasn't an issue for me!

This is an elegant, modern apartment just a few yards off the beach on the St Julian side of Sliema. We were there with two little kids and there was plenty of space, though we had to be vigilant about the terrace, which is huge and set out with daybeds, armchairs, a dining table and barbecue. Just at the end of the street there is a playground and a little beach with rockpools with lots of life in them. The kids had a great time. You could stay there and never have to go more than a couple of hundred yards from the apartment. This is a very liveable apartment, Sebastien's communication was proactive and full, and everything went perfectly.

The property was actually better than Sebastien listed in his property particulars. The location is excellent should you want to be near to the promenade but not on the main strip with all the noise and traffic. The location was within a 2 minute walk to Tower Road and the main bus route providing easy access to Valletta and the Sliema ferries and all other areas serviced by the bus routes. However, it was off the main road and so quiet and the road on which the apartment is situated was a quiet road. Sebastien's apartment is very bright and spacious with big double windows providing full lighting to the property. The lift takes you to the top floor and this was the only apartment on this floor so no noisy neighbours! Sebastien was very helpful in advance of our stay and full instructions on how to access the property were provided in advance of our arrival. The main terrace is as per the pictures, but there is also a large table and chairs for additional comfort. The view from the terrace is wonderful and provides plenty of opportunity for privacy as the apartment is higher than other roof tops or terraces. Sebastien's apartment has a well stocked kitchen with good appliances should you want to cook in the apartment rather than eat out at the many local restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a smaller terrace accessed from this room with jacuzzi if you wanted to cool down. To conclude, we would definitely return to this apartment if we were heading back to the Sliema area. This was a fabulous apartment and good value when compared to other properties in the area. Slight warning, there is building work taking place next door and so you may get woken up at 7am with builder noises. This building work will also spoil some of the views from Sebastien's apartment when finished.

This is a beautiful flat, spacious, modern, full of light and very comfortable, and being on the top floor feels very private. The view from the terrace over the bay is grand. The location is excellent, one minute's walk from the seafront and the bus stop, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly recommend the place. There was some building work going on next door while we were there, starting at 7am, but the noise levels were reasonable. Sebastien was away when we were there, but readily available by phone and e-mail, and we were collected from the airport and taken to the flat as arranged.

Staying at Sebastian's was a great decision! The apartment is a great spot to discover the small island! It is centrally located, clean, and the roof terrace is perfect for the last hours of the day. In conclusion, i can strongly recommend this airbnb!! Thanks Sebastian for hosting us.

Amazing apartment. Super clean, great location in Sliema, two balconies - the living room terrace is beautiful. Overall really nice place in the perfect area to stay local or explore the island. Perfect communication and he was very accommodating and flexible with our check out time. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay at Sebastien’s flat. We did not have the chance to meet him, as he was travelling at the time, but he was kind to allow us very late departure at 7pm. The flat is probably decorated by a professional decorator. It is west facing and sunset from the balcony is fabulous. It is fitted with designer’s kitchen (Scavolini wenge) fully equipped with corian worktops. European plugs available almost everywhere. Internet is very fast most of the times. It does seem to slow down at random intervals. What we found missing is, me a reading light at the bedroom, and my wife a full body mirror. Location is prime (Sliema) seconds from the waterfront. The most important issue, is that there is contraction work at the building adjacent to the flat. That means there is noise during the whole day. The noise is not too loud and in any case did not bother us because we wake up very early. But there is dust all over the place. You can clean it and it will be dirty after an hour. That includes the living room curtains and the couches. And off course the terrace furniture. It does look though that construction is almost over. Overall we could definitely stay there again and we can highly recommend it.
