Pasqualina's apartment is in a stunning location overlooking the main beach at Vietri and the whole Gulf of Salerno, and it's only 40 minutes from Naples airport. When we arrived, Pasqualina was waiting for us and took her time to show us around and make sure we were comfortable. She even left us a welcome gift of pastries in the fridge. Thank you, Pasqualina, they didn't last long! The apartment has amazing views from every room, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is off-road parking, which is a real blessing on the coastal road. Vietri is a friendly town with plenty of little shops for groceries and some excellent restaurants down on the harbour. It's a perfect place to swim and find hidden coves, or to take a boat trip up the Amalfi coast. All the big tourist spots like Pompei, Vesuvius, Paestum and Positano are within 45 minutes drive. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at Pasqualinas's place. The house is just amazing, with the most beautiful view "200deg" over the Amalfi coast and Salerno. Everything was clean and Pasqualina was the best giving us tips about what to see in the area. We will recommend this to all adventurous going to the Amalfi coast. This place is ️️️️️ Thanks for everything:-) Jette, Keld, Jennie, Pernille and Lau

It was nice stay! Pasqualina is very friendly host. She had solved all questions very quickly! House in did very very lovely, placed in beautiful amalfi cost area. It has wonderful sunny terrace with sea view. You can easily get to the beach by foot. But it's really quite old Appartments, wich need ti be renovated. With foto you cant see that! Air condition work quite slaw, because its quite old , thats why I s realy hot for example in kitchen. In main bathroom and bedroom you can smell humidity. To park a car realy complicated! Its not convenient for Bagage. I hope that Pasqualina will renovate Appartments, because they are realy amazing! It's a pity to keep them in that condition.

Response from Pasqualina:
Thanks Marina for your kind words about me and the beauty of the house. As regards the humidity I think it was due to the fact that you kept closing the large windows night and day. On the contrary, especially in the mornig you had to let the fresh air and the wind entered the house. However, the other ghests never complained about that. Finally I think that the wonderful view and the other positive aspects of the house can make us consider any small imperfections as a trifle.

My family and I planned an impromptu trip to the Salerno area of Italy, as my father had passed away and he wished to be buried in his hometown of Campagna, about 30 minutes outside of Salerno. Having visited this region a bunch of times since my childhood, I wished to stay around the Amalfi coast region, as it was close to where my Dad was to be buried and where all my relatives live. Additionally, it is breathtakingly beautiful and I was hoping to get somewhere near Vietri Sul Mar, as it is the "gateway" city on the southern part of the coast and it's not a nightmare to get to. I came across a few places, Pasqualina's being one of them. Her place was a bit more expensive than some of the others, but the view and the interior looked awesome, AND it met the critical requirement of fitting all of my family (my wife and I and four of my children, ages 13yo thru 5yo). There were two bedrooms and one sofa bed, so my wife and I slept in the one with the gorgeous view and my 13yo son and 5yo daughter slept in the back bedroom. My 9yo and 10yo sons slept on the sofa bed. There were two bathrooms, one with a bath with a huge window beside it looking towards the water, the other with a standing shower. Everything appeared functional, though the toilet seat in the master bath was broken and needed to be replaced. There is actually a fireplace (which appeared to be functional, though we didn't use it) in the main room and huge sliding glass doors leading out to the amazing patio area, with panoramic views to the whole of the gulf of Salerno. The apartment had a beautiful piano (we didn't use) and a small kitchen with all that you'd need to prepare meals for yourself. There was no microwave in the kitchen and the stove was a small Miele unit, and it worked well. There is a small (probably 30lb) propane cannister beneath the kitchen sink which needs to be turned on and off before/after using the stove each time. The patio was awesome and huge, with lots of chairs and a big table to chill out or have your coffee in the morning (which I did every single morning!) . The patio looks to the south, and the sunrises are amazingly spectacular. On one morning, I awoke at around 5:30am and I sat up in the bed and my jaw dropped....a crescent moon was shining close to the horizon, the reds/oranges/blues in the sky close to the horizon were quite breathtaking and I had to wake up my wife to see it. Additionally, there are usually 2 or 3 large freighters or container ships moored in the gulf, awaiting entry to the port of Salerno. It is a very busy port. One of the reasons I chose Pasqualina's place, was that included parking. One note about...
