Located on Allée d'Etigny, our apartment offers all the comfort and capacity for a successful vacation.

The space
120 m² apartment, ideally located, in the center of Bagnères de Luchon, close to the thermal baths, ski lifts (skiing) and sports activities (swimming pool and thermal pool, tennis, golf, mountain biking, cycling, mountain...) and cultural activities.
Located on the 2nd floor of a building in cut stone crossing West/East, balcony on the Allée d'Etigny.
Our apartment includes:

* 3 bedrooms:
- a master bedroom (25 m²) 2 beds of 90 x 190 with 2 duvets of 200 x 200, desk, cupboards...
- a family room with 2 twin beds and 2 pull-out beds 90 x 190 and duvets 200 x 200,
- a guest room with 1 bed for 2 people of 140 x 190, duvet and ensuite bathroom (shower and sink)

We are in the heart of Luchon on the alleys of Etigny.
The teleporté to reach Superbagnères is 2 minutes' walk away.
A few steps away, the thermal baths with its famous "Vaporarium", the parks for charming walks, the ice rink in the winter and the pool.
