We'd love to invite you to stay in our 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) holiday home on the 5* Hoburne Naish Holiday Park in Barton on Sea. Summer Days is perfect for anyone who loves the freedom of self catering holidays, right next to desirable beaches and the New Forest, but with the quality and standards of a good hotel, including on site facilities and entertainment.

The space
Summer Days is a 3 bedroom holiday home, sleeping 6 guests, situated in a superb setting, within walking distance of the cliff top, on the 5* Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, Barton on Sea, Hampshire.
It is modern, spacious & well looked after with a large very sunny decking area and parking directly in front of the home.
The main entrance door opens in to a light and airy open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen is fitted with a full size oven & hob, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from breakfast, snacks and lunch to a 3 course dinner. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans & utensils.
The dining area has a table with bench seating and individual chairs - plenty of seating for all 6 guests.
At the far end of the open plan living area is a large, comfortable L shape corner sofa with plenty of seating for the whole family. The feature electric fire is perfect for those cosy nights watching TV, reading or playing games.
A large flat screen TV & separate dvd player means you can still keep up to date with your favourite TV programmes while you're on holiday or bring the kids favourite dvd's along to keep the little ones entertained.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with stool & double wardrobe.
There is 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds (narrower than a standard single bed) a bedside cabinet & wardrobe while the other one has a double bed, bedside cabinet & wardrobe.
There is a main family shower room with good sized shower cubicle, wc & basin. There is also a second wc with basin further along the corridor - much needed when there are 6 guests staying!
The outside space is accessed via the main entrance door from the kitchen/dining area - a sunny and secure decking area with the security of a balustrade for the safety of small children. This area gets the sun all day & makes the perfect place for a spot of sunbathing or eating/drinking al fresco. There is a large table and 6 chairs plus 2 extra sun loungers. A parasol can be found in the caravan for use over the table.
We DO NOT provide bed linen or towels as standard but these can be provided at an extra charge of £50 per booking. We do provide tea towels, oven gloves & bath mats as standard. Please make sure you add on the extra charge when booking for the linen etc if required. DON'T forget to bring your own if you have chosen not to request them.
Included in the price you pay is a full clean of the holiday home after your visit, when we will launder all of the linen and towels for the changeover. We do not provide a daily service for making beds/cleaning etc.

Other things to note
This property is a privately owned holiday home. All correspondence will be dealt with Heather.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes.
The leisure passes cost £65 for 6 guests for up to 7 nights. Payment will be made directly to Heather who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE - FROM 2025 bookings we DO NOT provide bed linen, towels, tea towels, oven gloves, bath mats as standard but these can be provided at an extra charge of £50.
Please make sure you add on the extra charge when booking for the linen etc if required.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
