I am a single, semi-retired IT professional. I am a well travelled and articulate person with a love of helicopters, oceans, boating and sunshine with a sense of humour.
I enjoy cooking and a qualified Chef and dinner host. I can offer optional evening meal at an average cost per head of £13.00 with a glass of house wine such as Merlot included. Packed sandwich lunch also available on request.
Typical menu: Breast of Duck with Dauphinoise potatoes and sugar snap peas with a creamy pepper sauce.
I also paint (in oils) and have sold one or two original landscape paintings in the past.
I am also able to offer a guided tour of North Wales and Shropshire during the summer months subject to availability.
