The Beach Palms is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St.

The space

The Beach Palms 6B is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo that sleeps 6 with a view of the water from every room, a boat and fishing dock, heated pool, 2 balconies west and east, and 2 parking spots. The east balcony directly over looks the Bay and fishing dock and is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom. You can watch the ships sail up and down the waterway on there way to Tampa Bay and the Florida Keys. The white sand beaches are 125 yards to the west. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the west side of the condo.

Amenities include, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garberator, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, blender, coffee maker, food processor and toaster, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and alarm clocks .

Beach Palms 6B has REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS, a telephone with unlimited local calls, cable television, ULTRA HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, answering machine, ceiling fans in every room, patio furniture, beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor shower, plus two private sheltered parking spots to keep your car out of the intense Florida sun.

We are a family of four and stayed at Beach Palms 6B in July 2014. Being our first family holiday in America and our first try at renting a condo we were somewhat apprehensive as to how it would workout. The hire car found the location effortlessly and we ascended the steps, entered the keyless entry code and we were in!!!! It looked exactly like the photos - the living area spacious, the bedrooms a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The condo was clean and thankfully the air con was great at countering the sweltering heat and the beds were so comfy that a good nights sleep was almost guaranteed.

The balcony was spacious and the 4 of us could sit out to catch the early rays before the sun really started to beat down. The view over the bay from the balcony was stunning and it was a nice way to spend late afternoon or early evening - a sundowner in hand - listening for the fish jumping in the water, a flash of silver and a splash and watching the boats passing by. Some days there were dolphins right up close and watching them acting in pairs chasing fish was a nice way to relax

The beach is a few minutes walk away and it is beach as far as the eyes can see in either direction. It is so wide that it never seems to be really busy or overcrowded. When it got too hot at the beach it was nice to come back up to the condo and laze around the pool which was not overly busy during our stay and get some shade from the condo umbrellas and relax reading, listen to music or even swim. There are loads of restaurants to choose from but we concentrated on a few that were recommended to us - the Rod and Reel which we would never have found on our own, the Waterfront Restaurant and Tide Table just over Cortez Bridge For out of town eating we enjoyed Long Horn Steakhouse and Outback but there are plenty of other choices. There is an excellent Publix supermarket about a mile away and the choices available are bewildering at first and the staff there are so friendly and helpful that even the " kids" wanted to go shopping. It was a brilliant holiday which exceeded our expectations so much so that we cannot wait to return and explore the area a bit more... The Livie family 7/2014

First of all this unit is so beautifully furnished. You feel like you're at home. Plus the private balcony is perfect for laying out or drinking your morning coffee or eating your evening dinner...the private pool is secluded for a perfect relaxing day. Very kid friendly and equipped with pool toys, floats and even chairs to take to the beach. The beach is right across the street along with a great place to eat and get ice cream. Publix is conveniently right around the corner. This is the best spot on the island! We vacation there several times a year...we won't go anywhere else! 5/28/2014

We've been staying on Anna Maria for a few weeks every year at another location that was not direct gulf front and decided for our 30th Anniversary to enjoy a gulf front location this time. What a pleasant surprise! Clean, neat, reasonably priced, convenient location all in one. Management even dialed in the pool temp to our liking! Obviously, management cares at this facility and wants you to come back...and we DEFINITELY will! 11/23/2013
