Come and discover this pretty studio of 22sqm, ideally located 150 m from the VAL D'EUROPE station (RER A), you will be at only 1 station from the famous park - or 5 min by car if you are driving !

At the bottom of our building, you will find : a bakery, a supermarket, a tobacco Shop, a children’s playground and numerous restaurants.

The space
Other must-see places to visit ; la Vallée village at 10 min walk and the VAL D'EUROPE shopping centre at 5 min walk.

If you also want to visit Paris, you will only be at 35 minutes by RER from the capital.

This studio includes a large Queen Size bed, as well as a travel crib for a baby (up to 3/4 years old) if needed (sheets are not provided for the crib).

Additionally, we provide a child's extra mattress, measuring 70cm x 160cm, which is suitable for a child up to approximately 12 years old.

Therefore, this apartment can be booked for 2 adults and 1 child/baby.

You will have a kitchenette with basic cooking essentials, and the bathroom includes a bathtub and a toilet.

We do not accept pets in the apartment.
