This villa is a perfect combination of Mediterranean chic with a hint of glam. Delight in scenic waterfront tranquility of the heated pool, outdoor lounge areas and the canal from the double height living room, dining and family rooms.
Nestled in the middle of Nurmi Isles just off the picturesque Las Olas Blvd leading from downtown (with its galleries, boutiques and restaurants) towards the Ocean. The beach is just a four minutes Golf Cart ride away.

The driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles. Please understand the neighborhood does not allow street or yard parking or parking over the sidewalk.

Dock space can be rented separately if available - please request if needed before booking.

Please note: The owner's boat is parked at the dock. The boat is strictly off limits to house guests.

Our Guest Relations Managers will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7.

Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors.

All reservations over Christmas and New Year’s Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 20th to 27th or December 27th to January 3rd (+/-1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.

The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests (up to 14 adults over the age of 13). After the 14th guest, there is a $100 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.

Should you request an early check-in (before 5 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.

Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $250 per pet fee shall apply.
