Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.
The inventory price list is in place for any missing or damaged items that are not found after check out.

Parking space is right in front of the apartment and fits one small car, for suvs and trucks there is free street parking available

Please take out trash and place it in black bins located outside in the front of the unit. There are additional garbage bags in kitchen cabinets
