Greetings and welcome to our warm 'Family Condo', unit 22CD, Tower 2, Manhattan Parkway Residences, Araneta Center, Quezon City!
Our rates include water (faucet only), electricity, 100MBPS WIFI, unlimited landline phone within Metro Manila, Sony Android Smart TV 43", Free Netlix Account, Combo washing-dryer machine, Cable TV, use of gym, toddlers' daycare, outdoor gardens, games room, basketball court and swimming pools (adult pool, kids' pool, outdoor jacuzzi).

The space
45 sqm condo, with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed. Comfortable for 4 persons. The unit has 2 bathrooms, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. You may view pictures for a better appreciation of my place.
Discounted rates start at 14nights+:
2 WEEKS (14 NIGHTS) Normal Rate = 420 USD; Discounted for 14 nights = 350 USD
3 WEEKS (21 NIGHTS) Normal Rate = 630 USD; Discounted for 21 nights = 475 USD
4 WEEKS (28 NIGHTS) = Discounted for 28 night = 560 USD

30 nights / monthly: Normal rate = 900 USD; Discounted for 30 nights / monthly = 650 USD

What You May Expect From Us

At your arrival we will offer you the following:
A ‘spring cleaned’ unit.
Fresh mattress covers + bedsheets.
Clean towels.
Two bathroom tissue rolls (one for each bathroom).
Medium size water bottles.
Ten large trash bags.
Hand wash liquid.
Washing liquid for kitchen utensils.
Cleaning materials

We are responsible for changing all linens when applicable and our guests take the charge of replenishing household needs for the continuation of their stay. At the end of their stay guests may depart with all the household goods they purchased.

Cleaning of the unit and Trash disposal

When guests stay 10 nights+ we offer one free cleaning service with change of bed sheets and towels. For those staying 14 nights+ we will clean the unit for free, with complete change of linen, once a week.

In Need of Urgent Help

Since our family home is close to our condo we offer quick response to any urgent help you might need.

Parking

Guests can avail of our parking slot in the residential parking area for free. We will need photocopies of the vehicle’s OR (Original Receipt) and CR (Certificate of Registration) to process the access to the parking slot. This is the residents’ parking area and has 24 hrs security surveillance.

For additional parking, guests can use the pay parking at basements 1 and 2. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.


What We Expect From Our Guests

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or within building premises.

PETS are not allowed.

VISITING GUESTS: There is no limit to how many guests can visit those staying at the unit. However, the unit can only contain so many people at one time. Do take note that this is a residential place and no noisy parties should be held in the unity.

PERSONAL SAFETY: Guests are responsible for their own personal safety. The owner of the condo and staff of the building are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
CONDO KEYS: Two sets of keys are handed to guests at check in. Other than the guests the owner is the sole person holding a spare key which is locked up secretly at his home. The maids who come to clean the condo do not have access to this spare key and they will only clean the unit if someone is present. Thus, the owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

CARE OF OUR CONDO: Guests are expected to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are not allowed. Take note, some condo owners keep pets and guests might see them. However, for hygiene and cleanliness purposes, this unit does not accept pets.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. The maid will clean the condo for free once a week. Guests will take the responsibility of daily cleaning and daily disposal of trash. Keeping trash for longer than 24 hours may attract ants and insects. For your own comfort, a quick trip to basement 1, by using elevators, will keep the place ant free and insect free.

BATHROOM: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet unit. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Kindly check for possible water leaks while using the facilities and alert the owner immediately.
